Tiff and Lora look forward to offering a beginner/intermediate inversion conditioning workshop! Have you always wanted to add crow, forearm-stand, handstand or other inversions to your yoga practice? Here is your chance to learn a few tools that can be easily added to your daily practice. You’ll be on your way to flipping your perspective, all while having some fun with consistency.

At times during this workshop you will be doing partner work (you do not need to come with a partner). If this is not something you are comfortable with we ask you to please speak up!
