Mixtape Vinyasa is an opportunity to dedicate a playlist to a particular artist or musical style to elevate the playful energy in a vinyasa class.

Dangerously In Love with Yoga, a class filled with tunes by Beyonce. Come Flaws and All by joining me to Move and groove through yoga poses in Formation. This class is for the Divas, Single Ladies, and Alien Superstars. You can’t Break My Soul, or my flow! This practice is Irreplaceable. Trust me when I say I Care and hope you leave this class feeling Flawless. Bring that Energy and get Heated. Let’s make Lemonade out of lemons. This class will end with savasana filled with Sweet Dreams.
