Tiffany Adams is the founder of Kindred Yogis. Tiffany attended her first yoga class in 2012. After a handful of classes she was already reaping the benefits of the practice. Early in her practice she noticed how her posture was changing. Not only did she grow from standing taller but her confidence was growing too. A couple of classes a month eventually turned into 3-4 classes weekly. Yoga was time for her: a time to immerse in calmness that the lifestyle of the east coast did not allow enough time for. Tiffany believes yoga is about challenging yourself, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Yoga allows Tiffany to be happy with who she is, where she is in her practice, and allows her to see what really matters in life. All the while yoga encourages her to challenge herself, continue to grow, and forever evolve. Tiffany was excited and energized in a way that she felt she needed to share the love of yoga with others. Tiffany realized the next step was to guide yoga practices.
Tiffany completed her 200 hour registered yoga teacher training with Kindness Yoga, in Denver Colorado, in March 2017. Tiffany also completed her mentorship program with Kindness Yoga, in Denver Colorado, in June 2017. She really enjoys pranayama, alignment, and mantras. Tiffany’s creative outlet is designing a fun and powerful sequence, which she loves sharing with others.
Tiffany was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She loves to snowboard and is an avid hula hooper. Colorado seemed like a place where the worlds of snow, yoga and flow arts collided seamlessly. Tiffany, her husband Tim, and two dogs Lucy (bassett hound) and Desi (golden retriever) packed up to follow their dreams and drove across the country to live in lovely Colorado. They all sought after a more calm, and healthier lifestyle that Colorado had to offer.
